People who do well in the UI engineering organization are self-motivated engineers with a passion for our business and for technology innovation. We are looking for a person with fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.  We also value people who are passionate about user experience and have an eye for improving the UI. We currently work with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, but the ability to adapt to changing technology is an important strength.

Who are you?

• New Grad from an educational program, preferably focused on a technical field (Grad Date between Dec. 2021 & August 2022)
• Passion for building high-impact, well-performing user experiences
• Curious and motivated learner
• Great communication and collaboration skills (Experience working cross-functionally with other engineers, product managers, and designers is a plus) 
• Fundamental knowledge of modern frontend technologies for building web applications including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related libraries/frameworks

What will you learn?

• Build and maintain UIs that are intuitive, engaging, and surface business insights for our partners
• Empower our business partners with innovative, workflow-based front ends that allow our partners to create and manage their campaign plans for all of Netflix’s services
• Build efficient applications that enables Netflix to continue to scale
• Join a dream team of UI Engineers to drive innovation within Netflix to champion product excellence

• JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Spinnaker, etc.
• Note that you don't need to know all of these right now, but you should be excited to learn them!
